The school is relatively new and moved from the old site where there was not enough room for the necessary expansion.  The playing area is still small, but there are now 15 rooms. catering for classes from Kindergarten to Years 11 and 12.

School at Kangel

Classrooms are all similar with bare brick walls and shuttered windows.

Any decoration is hung from pieces of string strung across the room.  There is a school uniform, but this photo was taken on a holiday, so not all children are wearing the uniform.

Kangel Village
